My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them identify their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a supportive and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their inner world.

Meet Our Board Member: Lore Alvarez

Lore Alvarez has been an invaluable member of the Flashawayfentanyl.org board, bringing decades of leadership and expertise to our mission. Our connection with Lore goes back to 1999, when she and our founder, Charlie Lumpkins, worked together at the Texas Health and Human Services Commission. At that time, Lore was a seasoned professional who trained Charlie in the complexities of state health services. Within a year, Charlie became a supervisor in another county, a testament to the foundation of knowledge and skills Lore imparted.

Lore's impressive track record only continued when she transferred to the fastest-growing county in the United States. Tasked with overseeing the “changes” in all three offices in the county, Lore inherited a system with a timeliness and accuracy rate hovering at just 42%. Within an astonishing three-month period, thanks to her leadership, the accuracy rate soared to 100%, placing the county at the top of state rankings. Lore's ability to navigate complex challenges and drive tangible improvements is just one example of the dedication she brings to everything she does.
